About Kind Labs
Kindness starts within —
and we teach how
We empower educators with practical tools for wellbeing — so teachers can thrive and students can flourish.
At Kind Labs, we believe that true wellbeing begins with self-kindness. We are dedicated to supporting educators and parents in fostering a culture of empathy, resilience, and emotional balance in the classroom and beyond.
Research-backed strategies
Practical programs focused on mindfulness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. Designed for Preschool to Year 6, combining science-based techniques with child-friendly practices.
Teacher wellbeing first
We equip teachers with resources to integrate mindfulness, yoga, and reflective practices into daily routines — prioritising self-care so educators can handle modern classroom challenges.
Beyond the classroom
Kind Labs also offers tools, activities, and kits for parents to nurture their child's emotional and social development at home.
“Join us in our mission to create a more compassionate, resilient, and kind world — one classroom at a time.”
